Evins Personnel Consultants, Inc. is actively monitoring the COVID-19 developments. Our employees and clients come first and we understand the importance of our staffing function. As a partner to you and your business, we continue to closely monitor the impact of this virus and will strive to ensure the health and safety of our collective employees, clients and communities.
With more cases appearing globally and concern growing daily, we wanted to provide an update on our operations, plans and policies. As a precautionary measure, we are contacting all assigned temporary staff with the following guidelines for COVID-19.
“All employees should follow the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines for minimizing exposure to the COVID-19 virus. We are asking each of you to be aware and to self-monitor for a fever or other known symptoms. If you have any symptoms or fever we ask you to contact Evins immediately. A 24-Hour emergency phone number with direct access to an on-call Evins member of management is available to respond to any notifications at any time, (512) 921-9276.”
Evins’ offices plan to remain open and available to our clients and employees. Evins has instituted heightened facility cleaning procedures in all of our offices. We have a contingency plan to interview applicants by phone, digital and virtual technologies. If necessary, we are prepared with a “Work from Home” plan.
In the weeks ahead, we know you will need us. We will continue to be available to support you and your business via phone, email and online wherever needed.
Thank you for trusting us with your business, and please reach out to me and our Evins team with any questions.
