The EVINS “Right Hire” Guarantee
Direct hire – when you hire an EVINS candidate you have an on-the-job evaluation period to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new hire. If he or she is not the right person for the role, for any reason, we will provide a replacement candidate free of charge.
Temporary-to-hire – If you are not 100-percent satisfied with a temporary-to-hire placement, let us know by the end of the first week, and we will provide a replacement candidate promptly. You will not be billed for the first eight hours worked.
Temporary staffing – If you are not 100-percent satisfied with a temporary employee, just let us know by the end of the first day, and we will find you a new employee. You will not be billed for the original temporary employee.

Direct Hire and Executive-Level Recruitment can be faster and pain free. Send us the position requirements, and we recruit, prescreen, and offer only those candidates who match your criteria. Once you have selected possible candidates, we arrange interviews, share feedback, check references, negotiate salaries, and facilitate the entire placement process.
EVINS conducts Nationwide Candidate Searches, handles in-depth interviews, conducts behavioral and performance skill assessments, and provides skill-specific presentations of the most qualified candidates.
Temporary-To-Hire – Reduce hiring errors through our “temp-to-hire” program that allows you to evaluate a potential new employee on a trial basis. When you feel there is a match, just let us know and we will make the transition to your staff payroll easy. When an employment offer is extended you may complete the 750 temporary-to-hire period or buy it out.
Temporary Staffing and Temp-to-Hire Placement give you flexibility, whether you have an unexpected increase in business, need to fill a temporary vacancy, or require additional staff to help complete a special project. EVINS eliminates all of the prescreening for you and only shares candidates we feel would complement your business and fulfill the objectives that you are seeking to accomplish. As a temporary employee, the individual is on our payroll, so we assume responsibility for all payroll taxes, government reporting, disability claims, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and W2s. Your bill rate is inclusive of the candidate’s salary as well as the relevant taxes and our administrative fee.
Payroll Services are much like our temporary and temp-to-hire program, but you refer the individual to us. Many companies payroll short-term employees and project teams for extended periods to reduce their administrative burden and costs.
